The hotel is located in one of the city's most popular neighborhoods for dining and entertainment with 14 theaters nearby. Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, St. Patrick's Cathedral and Grand Central Station are within six blocks.
The 28 story Milford Plaza offers 1,300 guestrooms including 12 studios and two bedroom suites, each featuring warm mahogany wood furnishings and stylish appointments. All guestrooms include cable television, two line phones with voicemail and wired and wireless high speed Internet access. Refrigerators and cribs are available on request.
The Milford Plaza is home to two well known restaurants. Celebrity Delicatessen is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is famous for its New York deli corned beef and pastrami sandwiches. Garvey's Irish Pub is open for lunch and dinner and features 18 beers on tap. Both restaurants are located on street level. The hotel also provides a multilingual staff, a concierge desk for theater tickets, sightseeing and transportation, fax and copy services, a gift shop with souvenirs and a fitness center.
